Chariot Solutions Named U.S. Reseller of the BEA WebLogic Enterprise Platform

FORT WASHINGTON, Pa - February 9, 2005 - Chariot Solutions, LLC today announced an agreement with BEA Systems (Nasdaq: BEAS) to resell WebLogic Enterprise Platform in the Mid-Atlantic region. Chariot Solutions is a technology consulting firm specializing in the design, development and implementation of software solutions using Java. With the strongest team of J2EE architects in the area, Chariot complements BEA’s offering by helping customers get the most out of the BEA platform.

BEA provides the enterprise software foundation that enables customers to benefit from service-oriented architectures through greater re-use of IT assets, faster delivery of value to the business, and greater adaptability to support ongoing change. As a BEA reseller, Chariot can optimize the BEA environment with proper setup, performance tuning, and integration of existing applications.

“Our Java architects have extensive experience with the entire BEA suite of products. They have been helping BEA clients maximize ROI for years, and have written books on WebLogic and presented regularly at BEA User Group meetings. Now, as a BEA reseller, we are able to offer software products in addition to IT services, providing a complete solution for a BEA user,” said Michael Rappaport, CEO and President, Chariot Solutions.

“We’re pleased that Chariot Solutions is expanding the reach of its services practice by reselling the BEA WebLogic Enterprise Platform, ” said Kevin Norlin, Vice President and General Manager, America’s Partners, BEA Systems. “Chariot has the ability to complement BEA's application infrastructure software offerings and can add considerable value to better address the specific business requirements of our mutual customers.”About Chariot Solutions, LLC
